NBA Playoff Predictions

I've gotta catch my breath from the NBA playoff madness and make some picks..

Champs: Cleveland Cavaliers MVP: go figure, LBJ

Finals:
Cavs v. Spurs

Eastern Finals:
Hawks v. Cavs

Western Finals:
Jazz v. Spurs

East: The Cavs are a pretty easy pick here considering their depth now at the big man position. They very easily could be playing the Magic in the Conf. Finals but I'm not convinced that the Magic can beat the Hawks if Dwight keeps getting his third foul with ten minutes left to play in the second quarter. The Hawks are NOT the Bobcats and I believe the Bobcats to be the worst team in this years playoffs. (Sidenote: I Love Gerald Wallace, Dude is sick and does everything on the basketball court) Anyway, Josh Smith and Al Horford will eat Marcin Gortat's children if he is forced to play extra minutes. Basically, Lebron and the cavs are too much. Lebron's will to win right now is remarkable and they're also the deepest team in this year's tournament.

West: This side of the bracket is very difficult to predict. Even though the Lakers are in a battle with a very hot and motivated team, they're still struggling with an eight seed who is very inexperienced. This makes it almost impossible for me to think the Lakers can go further than the Conf. Finals, if they get there. The Spurs have been extremely impressive against the Mavericks. With the big three aside for the Spurs, they're getting excellent contributions from George Hill, Dujuan Blair and MY BOY Antonio 'Been Bailin Hay Since The Day I Was Born' McDyss. I think the old boys in San Antone will find a way back into the Finals for a rematch with the Cavaliers but oh how things have changed. The Jazz are playing great ball right now as well and making the most talented team in the league (Denver) look totally pedestrian. I've said it for years and always had to defend it but Deron Williams is the best point guard in the NBA, sorry. Not to mention Boozer is playing Out Of His Skull right now and they'll get Kirilenko back for next round. Just in time to fend of the tired Lakers fresh off a seven game series with OKC and THE DURANTULA (Worst Nickname Ever). How bout we just call him what he is?..The Truth.
